Are you interested in being a reader/judge in the IRCC? Please read the following and then complete and email the form as directed on the following page: The Faith, Hope, and Love Inspirational Chapter of Romance Writers of America® sponsors an award for excellence in inspirational romance fiction for published authors. We are looking for judges who can read and rank up to five inspirational romance novels in five weeks and meet the following qualifications:

    1. Are eighteen (18) or older.

    2. Are a reader of Christian fiction or would like to be.

    3. Have an email address and can be readily contacted via this method of communication.

    4. Do not have a novel entered for this award.

    5. Agree to read up to five novels and return the score sheets in the envelope provided postmarked on or before the date requested by the contest coordinator (usually by early to mid-June).

Note: Judges may keep the autographed books they receive as a gift for being a judge.Category descriptions may be found here. Please note that books are entered in the IRCC categories based upon word length. Depending upon layout, published books may not have the same number of printed pages, even if word lengths are the same. The page lengths listed above are simply given to assist judges in determining what categories they would like to read. If you meet the above listed qualifications and would like to judge, please proceed to the IRCC Judge's Agreement and follow the instructions. Applications begin to be accepted on January 1 and end on March 1 of the contest year. Applications received after March 1 are not eligible to judge in current year’s contest and will need to reapply the next year.

IRCC Judge's Agreement (we already have an excess of judges and so we are not accepting any new applications for the 2009 contest.)
